Succulent, juicy, smooth.
Continuing to impress, the JoieFarm Pinot Noirs stand tall, not just as a representation of BC, either. This vintage is is somewhat more potent. It is succulent and smooth, spicy and earthy with juicy cherries, raspberry tea, cocoa, leather, beet greens and forest floor. Lengthy with fine but textural tannins, which add structure.
Pair: wild mushrooms, fresh salmon, duck, turkey and roasted fall vegetables such as pumpkin, sweet potato and roasted beets.
